2. Plant Variations & Stability Disclaimer

Plant Variation Notice: Due to the natural nature of live plants, variations in color, variegation, size, and form are expected. Variegated plants are inherently unstable; variegation can randomly change, increase, decrease, or completely revert to green based on environmental factors (such as light, temperature, humidity, and growth cycles). We do not guarantee the long-term stability of plant variegation once the plant leaves our care, and we do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for plants that shift, change, or revert in variegation over time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on item quantity and package size requirements. We make every effort to pack plants securely to minimize transit stress. However, minor cosmetic damage (such as a bent leaf or dropped soil) can occasionally occur during transit and is considered normal. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If you require specialized, bulk, or custom shipping arrangements, you must contact us prior to placing your order.

4. Returns, Refunds & Live Goods

Due to the perishable and live nature of our products, all live plant sales are final unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather delays, carrier mishandling, or improper post-delivery care by the customer. Any issues with your order upon arrival must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your purchase, use of our products, or reliance on website content.
